Als er das Matterhorn zum ersten Mal von Zermatt aus bewunderte, war es um ihn geschehen. Eine Liebe auf den ersten Blick, denn die Emotionen, die er beim Anblick des Gipfels empfand, waren so stark, dass Thomas Crauwels knapp zehn Jahre sp\u00e4ter zu den grossen Vertretern der Bergfotografie z\u00e4hlen sollte.
