Unter unserer Haut sp\u00fcren wir angenehm weiches, aber auch stachliges Kraut. Dadurch setzen wir unsere F\u00fcsse langsamer und bewusster auf. Die Schuhe auszuziehen ist eine der ersten Anregungen von C\u00e9line Schenk, um in die Praxis des Waldbadens einzusteigen.
