Bevor Jo Boussion in das Land seiner Vorfahren, in die Pyren\u00e4en, zur\u00fcckkehrte, arbeitete er als Hirte in den Alpen, insbesondere im Tal von Fornet de Versoye im Beaufortain-Massiv.
