Kigali gilt als eine der sichersten Hauptst\u00e4dte des afrikanischen Kontinents und neugebaute Strassen verbinden H\u00fcgel, Seen und Nationalparks. Im Norden des Landes, im Gebiet der Virunga-Vulkane, leben die letzten Berggorillas. Sie sind das Symbol eines vers\u00f6hnten und zukunftsgerichteten Landes.<br \/>\nLangsam dringen die Strahlen der Morgensonne durch die Nebelschleier und geben den Blick auf die Vulkangipfel frei. Sie \u00fcberragen die dunkelgr\u00fcnen H\u00fcgel wie goldene W\u00e4chter und sind Namensgeber des Volcanoes National Park.
